Responsible Gaming at 777mn

What Is Responsible Gaming?

Responsible gaming means enjoying online betting and casino games as a form of entertainment — not as a way to make money or escape personal problems. At 777mn, we want every player in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna and across Bangladesh to enjoy our platform safely and without harm.

This page outlines the tools and resources available to help you stay in control of your gaming activity. Whether you want to set personal limits, take a short break, or seek external support, 777mn has you covered.

Our Responsible Gaming Tools

777mn provides a comprehensive set of player-protection tools. You can access and configure these at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Setting Deposit and Spending Limits

Financial control is the foundation of responsible gaming. 777mn lets you set firm boundaries on how much money you deposit and wager over any given period. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to protect against impulse decisions.

• Daily Deposit Limit

Cap the total amount you can deposit in a single calendar day. Ideal for players who fund their account frequently via bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

• Weekly Deposit Limit

Set a rolling seven-day maximum deposit amount to prevent overspending across the week.

• Monthly Deposit Limit

Define a monthly ceiling on deposits to stay within your overall entertainment budget for the month.

Recognising Warning Signs

Problem gambling can develop gradually. Being aware of early warning signs helps you act before the issue becomes serious. You may be at risk if you notice any of the following:

• ⚠️Spending more money than you planned or can afford
• ⚠️Chasing losses by placing bigger bets to recover what was lost
• ⚠️Gambling to relieve stress, anxiety or personal problems
• ⚠️Neglecting work, studies, family or social responsibilities due to gaming
• ⚠️Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
• ⚠️Feeling irritable or restless when not gambling

If any of these signs sound familiar, please reach out to our support team immediately. There is no shame in asking for help — taking action early makes all the difference.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set a deposit limit on my 777mn account?

Log in to your account, navigate to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. Changes that reduce your limit take effect immediately.

What is the self-exclusion feature and how long does it last?

Self-exclusion allows you to block yourself from accessing your 777mn account for a set period — minimum 6 months. During this time you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. To apply for self-exclusion, contact our support team at [email protected].

Can I take a short break without permanently closing my account?

Yes. The time-out feature lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or up to 30 days. Your account and balance are preserved; you simply cannot access them during the time-out period. You can request a time-out through account settings or by contacting support.

Who can I contact if I think gambling is becoming a problem for me?

Reach out to our support team directly at [email protected] — we are available around the clock to help. You can also speak to a trusted family member, friend or a professional counsellor. Taking the first step and asking for help is always the right decision.
